As a convenient approach to the characterization of cerebral cortex electrical information,electroencephalograph (EEG) has potential clinical application in monitoring the acupuncture effects.In this paper,a method composed of the mutual information method and Lempel-Ziv complexity method (MILZC) is proposed to investigate the effects of acupuncture on the complexity of information exchanges between different brain regions based on EEGs.In the experiments,eight subjects are manually acupunctured at ’Zusanli’ acupuncture point (ST-36) with different frequencies (i.e.,50,100,150,and 200 times/min) and the EEGs are recorded simultaneously.First,MILZC values are compared in general.Then average brain connections are used to quantify the effectiveness of acupuncture under the above four frequencies.Finally,significance index P values are used to study the spatiality of the acupuncture effect on the brain.Three main findings are obtained:(i) MILZC values increase during the acupuncture;(ii) manual acupunctures (MAs) with 100 times/min and 150 times/min are more effective than with 50 times/min and 200 times/min;(iii) contralateral hemisphere activation is more prominent than ipsilateral hemisphere’s.All these findings suggest that acupuncture contributes to the increase of brain information exchange complexity and the MILZC method can successfully describe these changes.  相似文献

We synthesized a titanium dioxide–polyaniline core–shell nanocomposite and implemented it as an efficient sorbent for the needle‐trap extraction of some volatile organic compounds from urine samples. Polyaniline was synthesized, in the form of the emeraldine base, dissolved in dimethyl acetamide followed by diluting with water at pH 2.8, using the interfacial polymerization method. The TiO2 nanoparticles were encapsulated inside the conducting polymer shell, by adapting the in situ dispersing approach. The surface characteristics of the nanocomposite were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. After obtaining acceptable preliminary results, some selected volatile compounds, including chloroform, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene, and chlorobenzenes were used as model analytes to validate the enrichment properties of the prepared sorbent in conjunction with gas chromatography mass spectrometric detection. Important parameters influencing the extraction process such as extraction temperature, ionic strength, sampling flow rate, extraction time, desorption temperature, and time were optimized. The limits of detection and limits of quantification values were in the range of 0.5–3  and 2–5 ng/L, respectively, using time‐scheduled selected ion monitoring mode. The relative standard deviation percent with three replicates was in the range of 5–10%. The applicability of the developed needle‐trap method was examined by analyzing urine samples and the relative recovery percentages for the spiked samples were in the range of 81–105%.  相似文献

蛋白质组装体广泛存在于生物体内,具有相关生物学功能或与人类的重要疾病密切相关。蛋白质组装体分子量大,通常难以溶解和结晶,限制了常用的结构研究手段如X射线晶体学和液体NMR等在其高分辨三维结构解析中的应用。固体核磁共振技术(ssNMR)在难溶、非结晶样品的三维结构解析中具有独特的优势,尤其随着固体NMR硬件包括高场磁体和高性能的探头、固体NMR多维脉冲实验技术和样品制备技术特别是同位素标记技术的快速发展,固体NMR已经成为了蛋白组装体三维结构解析的重要手段。在样品制备方法方面,强调了样品制备条件的优化对得到构象均一样品的重要性,以及丰富的同位素标记方法的使用对固体NMR谱图分辨率提高的重要作用。同时多种脉冲序列如质子驱动自旋扩散技术(PDSD),偶极辅助旋转共振技术(DARR),质子辅助重偶技术(PAR)或转移回波双共振技术(TEDOR)等的建立和发展为结构约束条件收集提供了基本的技术方法。此外,固体NMR与其它实验技术如扫描透射电镜(STEM),冷冻电镜(Cryo-EM)等和理论模拟方法的联用能显著地提高固体NMR的能力,从而能解析分子量更大、结构更复杂的蛋白质组装体的三维结构。本文以Aβ纤维和T3SS针状体的三维结构解析为例介绍固体NMR在蛋白质组装体结构研究的最新实验方法,重点介绍最新的距离约束条件获取的实验方法进展,以及固体NMR与其它实验和理论模拟研究手段的联用在蛋白质组装体结构解析上的最新进展,期望有助于读者对固体NMR技术在蛋白质组装体的三维结构解析方面的研究进展有所了解。  相似文献

通过在不锈钢针灸针(AN)表面依次电沉积金(Au)纳米颗粒和铂(Pt)纳米颗粒,基于它们在AN表面的协同作用,实现了一种用于非酶葡萄糖检测的电化学生物传感器。首先,通过扫描电子显微镜对其功能界面(Pt/Au/AN)进行表征,结果显示类似卷心菜的纳米材料均匀致密地分布在AN表面。然后,通过循环伏安法和电化学阻抗法对Pt/Au/AN电极的电化学特性进行了研究。结果表明,与Au/AN或Pt/AN电极相比,Pt/Au/AN电极对葡萄糖氧化表现出优越的电催化活性。这表明双金属Pt/Au的接触界面是葡萄糖氧化的重要电催化位点。在pH7.4的模拟生理介质中,制得传感器的线性范围为0.1~35 mmol·L-1,检测限为0.0763 mmol·L-1,对葡萄糖的检测表现出较高的灵敏度和良好的抗干扰性能、稳定性。此外,该传感器已成功用于人体血清葡萄糖的检测。  相似文献

Manual acupuncture is widely used for pain relief and stress control.Previous studies on acupuncture have shown its modulatory effects on the functional connectivity associated with one or a few preselected brain regions.To investigate how manual acupuncture modulates the organization of functional networks at a whole-brain level,we acupuncture at ST36 of a right leg to obtain electroencephalograph(EEG) signals.By coherence estimation,we determine the synchronizations between all pairwise combinations of EEG channels in three acupuncture states.The resulting synchronization matrices are converted into functional networks by applying a threshold,and the clustering coefficients and path lengths are computed as a function of threshold.The results show that acupuncture can increase functional connections and synchronizations between different brain areas.For a wide range of thresholds,the clustering coefficient during acupuncture and postacupuncture period is higher than that during the pre-acupuncture control period,whereas the characteristic path length is shorter.We provide further support for the presence of "small-world" network characteristics in functional networks by using acupuncture.These preliminary results highlight the beneficial modulations of functional connectivity by manual acupuncture,which could contribute to the understanding of the effects of acupuncture on the entire brain,as well as the neurophysiological mechanisms underlying acupuncture.Moreover,the proposed method may be a useful approach to the further investigation of the complexity of patterns of interrelations between EEG channels.  相似文献

Highly porous polyaniline/hexagonally ordered silica sorbent was used for fabrication of the inside needle capillary adsorption trap (INCAT) device. Polyaniline/SBA-15 nanocomposite was synthesized via chemical polymerization technique. The fabricated INCAT device was evaluated to the extraction of some polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from aqueous sample solutions in combination with gas chromatography (GC)-mass spectrometry (MS). A one at-the-time optimization strategy was applied for optimizing the important extraction parameters such as extraction temperature, extraction time, ionic strength, sampling flow rate, desorption time, and desorption temperature. In optimum conditions (extraction temperature 55 °C, extraction time 20 min, ionic strength 20% (w/v), flow rate 4.5 mL min(-1), desorption temperature 270 °C, desorption time 3 min) the repeatability for one INCAT device (n = 4), expressed as relative standard deviation, was between 4.2 and 10.2% for the tested compounds. The quantitation limits for the studied compounds were between 1 and 5 pg mL(-1). The developed method was successfully applied to spring water sample which was spiked with PAHs with the relative recovery percentages of 87.3-109.1%. The developed method offers the advantage of being simple to use, with shorter analysis times, lower cost of equipment, and thermal stability.  相似文献

为探究针灸刺激对大脑活动产生的影响,文章设计了4种针刺频率针刺右腿足三里穴获取脑电的实验.首次采用排序递归图和关联维数方法提取针刺脑电信号的复杂度参数来反映针刺大脑的功能状态,并基于这些方法研究了针刺作用对大脑功能区域的影响以及不同针刺频率与脑电复杂度的相关性.发现针刺时脑电的复杂度高于针刺前,尤以频率为100次/min的针刺影响最为明显;从FP2, F7, T3导联脑电中提取的确定性指标(DET)可作为区分针刺状态与针刺前状态的一种特征参数. 关键词: 针灸 脑电 排序递归图 关联维数  相似文献

This research focuses on the heat source/sink, chemical reaction, and thermophoretic particle deposition in the influence of hybrid nanofluid over a moving thin needle subjected to a magnetic field. Using the appropriate transformations, a group of nonlinear partial differential equations may be converted to ordinary differential equations. Additionally, with the aid of computational software, the RKF-45 approach is used for the numerical assessment, as well as the shooting operation. It should be mentioned that the results' approval demonstrates a strong association with the previous findings. The resulting graphs mainly explain the fundamental characteristics of hybrid nanofluids and nanofluids, as well as the consequences of different restrictions. An increase in needle size enhances the velocity profile, temperature profile, and concentration profile. The radial and axial velocity profiles are reduced when the magnetic constraint is increased, whereas the thermal and concentration patterns are reversed. Improved heat source-sink as well as Biot number values will enhance the thermal profile. The concentration profiles will decrease due to reaction rate restrictions and thermophoretic limits. The inclusion of solid volume fraction reduces surface drag forces while increasing the rate of mass transfer. In most circumstances, hybrid nanofluid plays a prominent role than nanofluid.  相似文献

将Co3O4/ZnO针状纳米棒材料修饰到针灸针表面用于检测葡萄糖浓度的变化。首先采用水热法在针灸针表面得到 Co(CO30.5(OH)·0.11H2O针状纳米棒前驱体,然后在500 ℃条件下退火3 h得到Co3O4针状纳米棒阵列。再采用浸渍法将预制备好的ZnO量子点修饰到Co3O4针状纳米棒表面,得到Co3O4/ZnO复合修饰的针灸针。研究发现此针灸针对葡萄糖具有较好的电流响应(2 264.27 μA·L·mmol-1·cm-2)、较快的响应速度(<4 s)及较低的检测极限(0.311 μmol·L-1S/N=3))。且该针灸针在用于检测人体模拟细胞液中葡萄糖浓度时,对抗坏血酸和尿素等表现出较强的抗干扰性。  相似文献
